GARDENS COTTAGE

Gardens Cottage is the largest house on the estate and is situated beside one of the  beaches at Ellary. The cottage has a gate to the beach from the back garden, and has great views out to the loch from the conservatory.

Ideal for Families

On the ground floor there is a sitting room with an open fire, a large dining room (also with an open fire), a fourth bunk bedroom (bunk beds), the kitchen (with washing machine & freezer) and a full bathroom with shower. The first floor has thee bedrooms (one double and two twins).

Close to the Ellary Harbour

This is the closest cottage to the harbour and is ideal for families, or anyone, with boats.

Perfect for Peace and Quiet

The conservatory at the Gardens is a lovely place to relax and watch the beach.

  • Open all year round – change over is Saturdays in Summer and Fridays in winter.
  • Dogs – Maximum of 2 pets per property, with the first staying free of charge and the second being charged at £30 per week.
  • Linen non included.
  • Electricity is metered.
  • Fishing Permits available April – October at £25 per rod per week.
  • The open fire has a back boiler and coal is available to purchase.
