Large Enclosed Garden

The Lochead Cottage sits in a garden enclosed by fence from the road, making it ideal for families with dogs or children. French windows open out from the kitchen to the patio area, with outdoor seating. There is a small burn running through the bottom of the garden.

Accommodation

The ground floor has a large dining kitchen with fridge/freezer & washing machine and a back porch with shower room. The sitting room has fabulous views in 2 directions. There is an open fire and dining area. The ground floor also has a generous double bedroom. Upstairs there is a modern bathroom and to twin bedrooms featuring traditional wood panelling.

Ideal for Multi generational family groups

Due to its unique spacious layout this house is especially popular with multi generational family groups.

  • Open all year round – change over is Saturdays in Summer and Fridays in winter.
  • Dogs – Maximum of 2 pets per property, with the first staying free of charge and the second being charged at £30 per week.
  • Linen non included.
  • Electricity is metered.
  • Fishing Permits available April – October at £25 per rod per week.
  • The open fire has a back boiler and coal is available to purchase.
